I am thrilled to have created a successful private practice based in St Kilda West, Melbourne, Australia.
Many of my clients are direct referrals from other clients and for that I am truly grateful.As an integrative clinical psychologist, my passion lies in the relationship between mind and body. By taking such an holistic approach to wellness, our health and quality of life can greatly improve.
When we truly have a deeper understanding of the unique interplay between environment, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing that is when we can live life to the fullest.

I work with individuals and couples and my focus is in these areas:
The first utilises techniques that focus on both the conscious and unconscious workings of the mind to overcome trauma and stress related conditions.

My third love is taking a keen interest in how you care for your body with food, exercise, sleep and fun. I want you to be your best self and live an empowered and optimal life. Whether your goal is weight management, reducing the impact of chronic illness (physical and emotional) or simply having more energy to engage in life, food is your fuel and the mind is your engine. For me, living a healthy and wholesome life matters. So the way you live your life day to day matters too!
